  11. IS the firmware in the courier capable of, simply by flashing the rom, going 
  12. higher than 33.6.  It is my understanding that a cardinal, when 33.6 becomes 
  13. standard will have to have it's guts changed, is this true?

  15. I have heard rumors of 38.4.....if the phone lines don't burn up from that 
  16. high rate!
